Who we are

FiberCrews is a job board for fiber field labor, operated from Soquel, California. By using fibercrews.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Job listings

Every job listing runs for 30 days from the date it goes live. After 30 days the listing expires and is removed from search results.

Employers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for complying with all applicable employment laws.

Payments

Single and Featured listings are one-time payments. Unlimited is billed monthly and can be canceled anytime. When you cancel Unlimited, it stays active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed.

Payments are processed by Stripe.

Refunds

If your listing never went live, you can request a full refund within 7 days of payment by emailing [email protected]. Once a listing has gone live, payments are not refundable.

No employment relationship

FiberCrews does not employ, vet, or guarantee any worker, crew, or employer. We do not check licenses, certifications, insurance, background, or work history. Any agreement is strictly between the worker or crew and the employer, and you are responsible for doing your own checks before hiring or accepting work.

Our rules

Listings and crew profiles must be real, accurate, and for fiber or related field work. Spam, misleading pay, discriminatory content, and illegal activity are not allowed. We may remove any listing or profile that breaks our rules, at our discretion.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, FiberCrews is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, from any listing or profile, or from any dealings between users.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
